  Exceptional

Liked: I want to thank the land lady deeply for looking after me during my camino pilgrimage. I arrived at 3am with my luggage soaking wet. She had no rooms left. But was able to facilitate somewhere for me to stay. And she even dried my clothes that were soaking wet. She made me a lovely breakfast the following morning. And on top of that, I left some valuables behind me. And she made it her own business to find out where I was staying next, and got them posted to me. A very very kind person.

Disliked: Booking.com need to organise themselves better. She had no rooms available, even though you said there were. Booking.com also cancelled my previous booking at the very last moment, that I needed to go to this hotel.
