  Filthy common areas & noise

  Liked: The room was private.

  Disliked: No parking. The other people didn’t respect the rules such as leaving dirty dishes in and around the sink and in cupboards, quiet time, pets, and the owner didn’t respond when asked. Outside noisy construction started very early. The washing machine was too filthy to use.

  Liked: Despite the fact that I didn't actually meet any member of staff, communication was excelent. La Maresia is only a short distance walk from the port, where I could easily park the car..which was free of charge, because the season had not started yet. My room was confortable, very clean as was the bathroom.

  Disliked: It's not the managements fault but certain guests need to know how to wash the dishes properly, frying pans were left with a bit of grease.. The mattress of the bed I slept in was a bit too soft for my liking.

Good to know

The three-bedroom apartment is on the first floor, which has a separate entrance, and it is a whole flat.

All rooms are now rented individually - 4 rooms are located on the 3rd floor, and 3 separate rooms are on the 2nd floor. Each of the 7 rooms has its own private bathroom and access to a shared kitchen.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
