Exceptional
Excellent accommodation but lousy meet and greet. Pay the cleaning lady seperately to do it properly
Liked: Apartment was spotless clean. Very central location and close to grocery shops and amenities. Raman was very helpful and kind. Would stay here again.
Spacious clean apartment in good location
Liked: Very clean and good location. The apartment was nice and spacious
Disliked: Instructions for arriving and leaving were unclear and kitchen cooking and general articles such as tea towels were missing.
Good apartment, bad check-in process
Liked: Big apartment and spotlessly clean, comfy beds and good private parking.
Disliked: We waited over 15 minutes for someone to come and give us the key. The guy who arrived did not apologise and continued his phone call whilst waving us in, didn't give any directions or help when parking, and just handed us a bunch of keys without explaining which were for the apartment, lift, or car park. When we were due to depart I messaged to ask what to do with the keys and it took an hour to get a reply, by which time we had left. Not impressed.
