Fabulous
Good location but terrible service and misleading photos of apartment
Liked: The property is in a good location and Denia is a great town
Disliked: The photos in the adverts are misleading as the apartment does not face the pool. The check in is not till 17.00 which is very late and they don't offer an alternative time and the arrangement to have to pay a €250 cash deposit is very suspicious.
Liked: Very clean lovely terrace. Pool good. Ideal position for supermarket and very nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk
Disliked: Can not fault any aspect of holiday
Liked: Apartments were clean and a good size
Disliked: Email them at least 4 times to confirm arrival time charged 30e extra.said they didn't receive emails bed in main bedroom not made no sheets or blankets had to wait at least 30min for bedding. Location bad taxi needed to town centre..nothing but an aldi in d area..keys had to be jiggled in door charged 20e to sort that..person whom I was dealing with only communicating by whattsapp in Spanish. Repeatedly having to translate to English...most rubbish chutes locked
Overall our stay was pleasant, but we did not like their cleaning policy and the cash deposit
Liked: The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pool was also very nice and my kids enjoyed using it. The location of the apartment is in a convenient location. You can walk pretty much everywhere in town with ease.
Disliked: The biggest issue with this rental was their strict cleaning policy. They expect guests to check out by 10 am, but they have to wash all the bed linens, towels and dishes themselves. They take a deposit of 250 euros in cash during check in and return it to you after an inspection of the property. My issue with this is that there is no dryer so you have to strip the beds and wash everything at the crack of dawn and then hang it outside on the terrace to dry (hopefully it's not a rainy day). The contract says that the linens and towels need to be folded and put back on the beds and that you will be charged for any cleaning over an hour. I have no problem cleaning up after myself and I'm very respectful of other people's property, but that was a little off putting and impractical to ask people who are traveling and on schedules to do the housekeeping (it was not exactly a cheap stay). I understand wanting to cut costs, but those savings were not passed on to me.
Denia was a lovely place to visit and the apartment was chosen specifically for its location
Liked: location was extremely good we could walk to the beach and around the town and marina very easily all within a short distance
Disliked: the beds were very uncomfortable it did not help that the sheets were not cotton and there was paper/plastic mattress covers
nice site easy parking short walk to beach etc
Liked: Location OK a short walk to the town
Disliked: Could have done with a kettle to make tea.
