Fabulous
Nice beach location
Liked: Location - beach was lovely. Juan Carlos was great to deal with.
Disliked: Standard of the interiors were poor quality.
A good place to stay and value for money
Liked: A magnificent location, close to the beach, beautiful building, well kept gardens, quiet and familiar atmosphere, quiet from noise, clean and inviting swimming pool.
Disliked: My wife is a wheelchair user. Unfortunately, there was a large step at the entrance to the property, despite it being located on the ground floor. There was an alternative entrance to the flat through a rear door, but it also had a small step— but large enough that it could not be negotiated by a wheelchair user without assistance. This left her feeling frustrated and vulnerable, as she was unable to move in and out of the flat independently. We would have appreciated a ramp or another accessibility solution that would have allowed her to enter and leave the flat without assistance. That would have made the experience just perfect.
A perfect spot for families
Liked: Clean and well equipped apartment right next to the beach. Take beach chairs and an umbrella. The staff was incredibly helpful with every question.
Disliked: The gates to enter can be a little confusing, but ensure security for kids playing at the private pool.
Ideal beach accomodation
Liked: Direct on the beach. Restaurants and shops within 100 metres.
Disliked: Its 3 km to the town Denia, bus runs every 30 mins so you really need a car.

Liked: Gorgeous clean and nicely decorated apartment with a sea view.
We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable and safe apartment, we’ll be back!
Liked: Wonderful apartment with lovely gardens and pool. Stunning sea view from our balcony, particularly at sunset. Also being right beside the beach was perfect with the hot weather. Local cafe/bar, restaurants and supermarket a short walk away. Bigger supermarkets only a short drive away. Host was very attentive and friendly. We would love to visit again. Thank you Juan!
