Fabulous
Liked: Great location, Good communication on the day to get access
Disliked: WiFi was unreliable and get dropping. Property a bit tired in places after a long summer season
Great location!
Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The building does not have an elevator, and the stairs are quite inconvenient and could definitely be cleaner. The apartment itself could also use a more thorough cleaning, especially the bathroom.
Liked: The location couldn't be better. Right next to the Castle and the Tunnel and restaurants and shops within a 2 minute walk. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Not a big deal but the description states a washing machine however it is not inside the unit. It is in the hall with two other units that have access to the machine.
I would recommend this apart 100%
Liked: The apart. Was very beautiful, the location amazing and the host responsive and super nice people.
Disliked: The apart. Have a cigar smell when I entered but I opened the windows and was good after.
Charming but neglected
Liked: The property is spacious with high ceilings and well located in a square with a nice view and shops and restaurants nearby. it was quiet inside. The agent Valentina was nice to deal with.
Disliked: Although charming the apartment has not been well loved or carefully maintained. The shower leaked badly even after a requested repair. The sofa cushions were ripped and the TV did not seem to work. The bed was fairly uncomfortable. The Main Street door wasn’t locked and only one set of keys was provided. A 3 storey walk up relatively steep stairs wouldn’t suit everyone.
A great 3weeks in Denia
Liked: Position I town is great
Disliked: Kitchen is quite basic. For the long stay we had but perfect fo shorter stays.
