Exceptional
Perfect location
Liked: Spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment, great host, fantastic location
Disliked: Stairs are very steep, quite difficult to climb with heavy luggage
Comfortable quiet stay in a lively neighbourhood
Liked: It is at a very nice plaza, in a very lively neighbourhood but when you close the windows you don't hear anything. Denia is lovely too.
Charming
Liked: The property was charming and decorated beautifully. The owners are clearly passionate about the history of the building, many of the original features have been restored. We stayed in two separate apts over the course of 6 days, both were charming. The area has many fabulous restaurants and a beautiful marina. Sergio and Johana were wonderful hosts and work hard to maintain the property to a high standard.

Liked: Beautiful apartment, so nicely decorated and in a great central location. Host Sergio was extremely informative and helpful. Would definitely return.

Rating 20 out of 10 if possible...Exceptional property and host
Liked: Everything...Lovely apartment ideally located on Placa San Antoni with Marina views, 2 mins walk from Els Magazinos Street food area & tons of other restaurants & bars. Our host Sergio was wonderful. So responsive to my questions before arrival, met us at the apartment on arrival & helpfully explained everything about the equipment in the property. He also responded immediately when we had an issue with WiFi drop & had it sorted out in minutes. He also permitted us to remain at the apartment until late afternoon as our flight home was late. I highly recommend this property & this host, we will certainly be returning many times I'd give it a score 20 out of 10 if that was possible

Liked: Everything. Location is great. Lovely view of the marina. Handy for restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the main boulevard. 5 minute walk to the beach. Excellent AC. Fantastic hosts. Apartment has been finished to a high spec. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing. Though a couple of deckchairs to take to the beach would have been handy. Not a negative for us, but just for others to be aware. The stairs to the first floor apartment are narrow and a little steep. Maybe an issue if you have mobility issues.
