  Very nice apartment with good facilites in the heart of the city

  Liked: It’s in the heart of the city, with overview on the citadel. The apartment is huge and clean. The building has elevator. The grocery store was 150m away

  Disliked: The beach is 15-20 minutes walk away (the descriptions says it l’s much closer). The host doesn’t speak English.

  Awesome relaxing stat at an awesome apt and location

  Liked: Spacious 3 bdr 2 baths, 3rd floor w/elevator, walkable area right next to the central market and tons of good eating and drinking options. Awesome view of the castle. The place has EVERYTHING you need for short and long stays. Everything worked properly. The beds and bedding were super comfortable and the quietness at night was INCREDIBLE. We didn’t have to use heating or AC as end of February was perfect temperature. Our hosts were welcoming, diligent, timely and provided lots of useful local tips for this beautiful location. Thank you so much for hosting us it was an awesome stay in Denia.

  Good but could be better

  Liked: The location was perfect. The apartment is good, renovated. The persons that gave us the keys were really nice. Also was nice to have a drier, the weather was really humid and was really needed.

  Disliked: There was no capsules coffee machine, that was really annoying. Also there was not the minimum things needed. For example, no kitchen towel, no oven gloves, minimum amount of toilet paper, no trash bags or just one (we stayed for 8 days). We really needed to buy many things and that wasn’t nice, in other apartments we stayed they have all the basics covered.

  Liked: Lovely large apartment, friendly owner/staff, very clean and in very good condition

  Disliked: Internet only works in lounge and 1 bathroom. Balcony door damaged but friendly owner said he would fix it. 2nd bedroom needs a blackout blind. Minor things really
