Exceptional
Clean, relaxing beachside unit
Liked: The apartment has everything you need inside, was clean and modern, good AC unit, a nice patio slider and outdoor patio to relax, the apartment grounds were well maintained, easy access to the beach and beach club for drinks / food and loungers to rent if needed. It’s also very close to grocery store and other restaurants. It’s a nice walk along the ocean into downtown Denia.
Disliked: The primary bedroom bed is small for two people a larger bed would make it more comfortable, but not a reason to not rent the unit.

Liked: Property was secure and great security for parking
Disliked: Was said to be close to beach, it wasn’t really! Plus this apartment was Le Gavines block not as advertised, it was hard to locate and the owner unhelpful tbf, Plus it’s residential so unfortunately the kids in to block play till 11pm so noisy wasn’t nice! No bottle opener, no toilet roll. Pretty poor really

Liked: Everything was perfect, felt like home. Clean and bright aparment. Very close to the beach and 15 min walk to town.
A clean apartment with tiny rooms but with a good location and helpful staff
Liked: The location next to the beach and not too far away from the city center was excellent. The owner extremely helpful and sympathetic👍
Disliked: Maybe it would be a good idea to leave some coffee capsules - even empty ones - so that one could buy right ones and could make some coffee.. And maybe sharper knifes also would be helpful!
