  Liked: Very charming place, close to the Marina and to great bars & restaurants in the port area. Sergio has thought of everthing and furnished his apartment with great unique style and lots of lovely details. Thank you for the wonderful time and the all the helpful information!

  Perfect stay in Denia

  Liked: Apartment is beautifully decorated and clean. The bed is comfortable, nice large shower and functional kitchen. Aircon and ceiling fan were working well and we always felt comfortable during this peak summer heat. It’s located in a lively square with great restaurants and attractions close by including the beach and port a short walk away. Apartment is surprisingly quiet once the windows are closed so sleeping was never an issue. We really enjoyed our stay and the host is an absolute gentleman, friendly and attentive. We will return in the future when in Denia.

  Beautiful bijou apartment in a great location!

  Liked: We loved this apartment - the space has been created beautifully and it has everything anyone could want. It is small but perfect for a couple for a few nights away. The location is great and even though it looks out onto a quaint busy square in the heart of old town Denia, the double glazing ensures it is quiet and the air con and fan ensure the perfect temperature. Sergio was a perfect host and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

  Perfect spot to explore Denia

  Liked: Terrific location in the centre of Denia. The owners have done a great job preparing the property, its modern, comfortable and retaining the charm of original features. Location is ideal, on a bustling plaza and close to multiple restaurants and bars.

  Disliked: Access is via a steep stair case, we managed fine but could be a problem depending on guest’s mobility.
