Exceptional
A spacious, comfortable house close to Denia's beaches and town
Liked: The property was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for doing our own cooking. The outside space was great with plenty of seating. Had we been there in warmer weather, we would have loved the pool and ability to choose places to sit around the house. The garage was useful and the house felt very secure. It was 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 15 minutes in to the town centre. There were only 2 of us, but the house could easily have taken 6 people in comfort. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.
Disliked: We knew there wouldn't be wi-fi, but we saw a TV in the living room in one of the pictures, and there wasn't one. As we stayed in November and the weather was getting colder, the house struggled to stay warm without the underfloor heating which was broken. Although this wasn't in the details, the owner gave us a half day refund as a gesture of goodwill which we appreciated as it definitely would have been a better experience had the heating worked.
