Very good
Good rooms, nice place!
Liked: Comfy beds, nice staff, clean rooms and good location. Parking space provided was also handy. Good value for what you pay
Disliked: Only thing was the loud music from the bar very early in the morning.
Liked: The room was pretty clean..We apreciated that the place was quiet.
Disliked: It was very hot and humid. It needs air conditioned. We particularly recommend renovating the bathroom.

Liked: The breakfast was continental but adequate for our needs. The room was well equipped but I wish the power sockets also included USB2 sockets for charging our devices. The staff are very friendly and cheerful and in my opinion are the best asset the hotel has.
Disliked: The shower and shower room are floored with very smooth tiles that considering this is a shower room, they will get wet and become a serious slip hazard. Even the shower tray is as slippery and extreme care is needed. A high friction plastic shower mat with suckers on the lower surface could solve this. I am hazard aware as I am 73 with a heart condition. I think the rooms and public spaces should be assessed by a hazard expert and remidies put in place.

Liked: Friendly staff, neighborhood location in Basque country, free parking, food available in bar downstairs.
Disliked: Difficult to find, wifi seemed to come and go.
Liked: The room is very spatious and clean, everything looked quite new. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is in a quiet area, but a short walk distance from the city centre.
