Very good
Nice building but the finesse was missing. The meal did not match up to our stays at other Silken hotels
Liked: Architecture
Disliked: Bathroom door was badly blistered. Clearly you had problems in the past and covered it with fibreboard. Totally the wrong material.
Delightful Durango stay
Liked: The spacious room, comfy bed and delightful garden and terrace.
Disliked: Lack of complimentary water in the room. Charging for pool towels.
Liked: Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel in a good position for both the local town and to get to Bilbao (we went by train). Lovely garden and swimming pool. Very elegant and peaceful.
Disliked: The cost of parking - 20 euros per night. Bit steep!
Comfortable, decent breakfast and helpful staff

Disliked: Some of the Decor looked tired.
