Fabulous
Nice.... could have been better
Liked: The room and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: Only one pillow, not enough in my opinion. No English TV channels, not even some news! Very arduous electronic check in with bright sun on a screen which was difficult to see in those circumstances.
Do not book here
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The booking way cancelled by the hotel, well not even cancelled, simply ignored. Worst attitude ever. Would strongly advise against trying to book here.
Liked: Great location., very clean and comfortable and we parked right outside for free.
Disliked: Outside door auto check in didn't work so we had to ask for help. Thanks to our concierge who helped us with this.
Sergio helped me with my phone that was not working. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Liked: Great location, close to bus station and downtown area. Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurant and bar next door.
Clean and spacious
Liked: Lovely clean spacious room
Disliked: No desk staff so cleaners had to help, missing a blind in the room, air conditioning doesn’t work all day
Liked: Clean and tidy.
