Apartamento familiar con piscina perfecto para explorar la isla
Liked: En la mejor zona para explorar la isla. Muy tranquilo, limpio, espacioso, con terraza privada con mesa, sillas y tumbonas y con una piscina de buen tamaño compartida entre 4 apartamentos con un horario muy amplio. También con parking privado en la puerta. Poco más se puede pedir.
Disliked: Nada realmente. Hay un supermercado a 1 km suficientemente dotado y más oferta en Frontera que está a 5 minutos. Todo fue perfecto.
A fabulous place in Paradise
Liked: The little details in the accommodation. The pictures on the walls to the different types of lights. The towels and bedding was perfect and good quality. The decor, the facilities and everything you would possibly need for you stay. The kitchen was so well stocked up with all the equipment you would ever need! So well thought about. The owner had thought of everything. The area the villa was in, was so peaceful. So close to the coastal walk and a few bars and restaurants but not close enough to spoil the setting. The pool was lovely and was loving being able to BBQ by the pool. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and a true professional. Will I go back again??? Oh yes and our friends have already booked on our recommendation.

Lovely place to stay on an interesting island
Liked: Apartment A was spacious, well equipped, private and had great views in all directions, from the sea to the mountains to the pool and terraces. Quiet, but well located for exploring the island. We liked being welcomed personally by Kathleen despite our evening arrival, and she was on site in her office parts of most days for any queries about the house and the island. If El Hierro was easier to get to we would certainly stay again.
A real slice of paradise
Liked: Do not hesitate if you are considering a visit to El Hierro, it is such a unique experience, with wonderful landscape, delightful ocean swimming, very friendly people and high quality cuisine. It feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of Tenerife and Gran Canaria. And if you choose to go there, I could hardly think of a better place to stay than the Finca Afortunada. It looks nice in pictures, but still far exceeds expectations. An amazing property in a very special place. Our apartment was well-equipped and very well-maintained, with a nice terrace where we could watch the stars at night while listening to the waves crashing ashore just a few meters away. The garden was full of weird and beautiful flowers, and the pool area was peaceful and dreamy. The La Maceta natural pools was just a short drive away and so was an array of good restaurants. I wish we could have stayed here a lot longer, as this was a little slice of paradise.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
Fantastic Holiday Destination
Liked: Villa was easy to find, in a very peaceful part of the Island. But with easy access to shops and restaurants. The site manager pleasant offered every assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our Holiday.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like. 😃
