The booking didn’t match reality
Liked: We liked the location and the green areas
Disliked: We had booked an apartment with a balcony and terrace 5 months in advance, but upon arrival, we were given one without either. When I called to complain, I was told they had "run out" of those apartments. The pool was dirty and, although in the pictures it looks private or for few apartments, in reality it’s shared with 10 or more and the sunbeds were always taken. The sofa bed and mattress were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the shower was tiny and water leaked everywhere. The parking spot was on a slope and very difficult to use. A big disappointment after paying over €700, and no solution or compensation was offered.
