Exceptional accommodation
Liked: We loved our stay at La Chusmita. The hosts, Hector and Maria, made us feel incredibly welcome. They thought of everything to make our visit special; their warm greeting, meticulous attention to detail and the fresh fruit, wine, and quesadillas waiting for us were much appreciated. The accommodation was fantastic; it was spotlessly clean and had amazing facilities given the remote location: washing machine; WiFi, oven, satellite television, and private pool. Tucked away on the mountainside, the location is tranquil and idyllic. Goats regularly stop in the gardens to have a drink and we were entertained by the resident cat family. The outside space is vast and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sea views or spot the goats on their travels. There are lots of hiking routes in the area and Valverde is just a 30 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at La Chusmita and hope to return for a longer stay.

Liked: Hector and family were very helpful. The location was so peaceful a real..get away from it all! The island was great for exploring, swimming and walking. No litter anywhere!
