Disliked: Was a terrible smell. Staff offered to put an airfresher in the room but I don't believe that would have helped
Liked: The place was a decent size, nice comfortable bed and pillows so I got some good sleep. There is also a fan in the bedroom (you just need to know how to set it) and lots of storage space. The shower is really good, amazing pressure however it does get blocked up a bit. The kitchen has must of the things you need except a dish rack. Good living room with smart TV. The windows open out so you can get in some air. The fan however doesn't work. There is good WiFi and it is nice and quiet. I didn't get to use the pools however the beaches are not very far from here. It's very well located within El Medano, I was able to find parking right out side the apartment. They do offer Underground parking which I didn't use as I'm not comfortable parking in tight underground spaces with a rental car. Excellent communication from the agency in charge and really easy to pick up the keys.
Disliked: The shower gets a bit blocked and there isn't a dish rack.
Great place
Liked: Great option for a couple. TV connection to phone was quick and simple
Disliked: We stayed 6 full days, and got 2 roll of paper. When asked for only one more, we were rejected with explanation that even the two rolls were given to us as a courtesy
Rather tired decor but very adequate, good location near centre but also very near sea
Liked: Spacious light apartment partial sea view, on first floor with lift. Good entry instructions including photo and video. Coffee machine with pods provided.
Disliked: Decor and furnishings rather tired and old fashioned. No walk in shower.
Ideal location for a relaxed holiday by the seaside
Liked: Great location. Apartment was roomy and well equipped with everything needed.
Disliked: Bathtub is very slippery - would recommend a rubber mat option provided. The light in corridor outside front door didn’t work so had to use phone light each time to be able to unlock apartment door as it was very dark even during the day.
Liked: Wonderful place in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach! The staff were extremely helpful, and the room had everything I needed — even a washing machine and an iron, which were super useful before my flight. Really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!
