If you plan just to sleep fair enough

Liked: The house seems renovated and the location was top, near to bars, restaurants and supermarkets, playground for kids. The parking is also very convenient. The bed and shower were comfortable

Disliked: The house doesn’t have a terrace or a balcony to dry clothes, and it’s also on the ground floor facing to the street, which means that in the night all the windows have to be closed. Cleanliness was not the best

  Passable

Liked: The location is great, and the owner is very responsive.

Disliked: The downside is that there is no natural light in the apartment, as the entrance faces directly onto a park. There is also a kindergarten nearby, so in the mornings the noise of children playing can be quite loud. Additionally, the apartment was not very clean, especially the kitchen equipment, bathroom, and the floor, which were all dirty.

  Exceptional

Liked: The location is very good, there are many grocery stores, coffee shops and places to eat nearby. The apartment is spacious, good value for money.

Disliked: Not the property's fault, but it can be noisy at night in the area. It's an area with many young people. Some bathroom amenities would be nice.
