Exceptional
Liked: The property is in a great location with easy walking access to restaurants and a supermarket. El Medano is only a 10 minute walk away with plenty of other amenities. The property is clean, spacious and well equipped. We made use of the padel rackets and court, and the pool. The complex is secure and well maintained. Dayana, the host, is easy to communicate with and very helpful and thoughtful. We are a family with two small children, we had a great stay and would love to return!
Fantastic location, very comfy apartment and very close to the beautiful El medano village
Liked: Beautiful, cosy and modern apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. Very fresh and clean on arrival. The beds were fantastic and very comfy. Washing machine was great to have and the owner was lovely to communicate with and very helpfully and friendly. Short walk to the centre of El Medano which is a beautiful village with lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. The locals were all friendly and made our stay even better. The airport is just one turn off from the village so great time to arrive. Check in went so smoothly with no problems. Highly recommended. We stayed for a month and hired a car to travel all around the island. I would recommend this being a base to do this as it was only a mile up the road to drive on to the F1 main road.

Disliked: The second bedroom. The bed needed a more comfortable mattress.
A perfect accomodation for a family, away from the crowds
Liked: The building is perfect, with a great variety of people, also residents and it's on a great location. The appartment was spacious and clean and there were little things as tea, peper and salt and padell rackets, and also a little welcoming basket, that made a big difference. The pool and the padellfield were also a big plus. Everything is ready and openend at distance, and the accesibility of information was great. The small restaurants 'down' were great and there is a small supermarket very close by. The walk to El Medano is very easy as well. We cannot forget the beach accesibility off course!
Disliked: We personally would have liked a more sunny garden, especially in the evening, but that is an account of taste. When the appartenent was a bit more to the front of the building, with sea/ pool view, it would have been perfect There are planes flying over, but we didn't mind that and they stop at night.
Exceptional
A perfect place to catch up on the sun that eluded the north European summer
Liked: It was tranquil. The complex was very clean and well maintained. It was not busy. There was a choice of restaurants within a few metres and plethora in El Médano a few minutes walk away. The same goes for shops to buy food. The apartment was very well equipped. The pool was very much appreciated.
Disliked: No much. The orientation of the building meant no evening sun, but that is being picky...
