Brilliant! Juan was on hand the whole holiday, he is a superstar!
Liked: Brilliant host, brilliant location, clean fully equipped apartment, everything was thought of (including a shopping trolley which was a brilliant touch). Pool was amazing, I manage 5 leisure centres and this pool was brilliantly maintained!!
Disliked: Could do with aircon especially in the 2nd bedroom. Main double room perfect, but 2nd bedroom was very hot - it would elevate the apartment to another level

Disliked: When we arrived no one to meet us... couldn't get Internet on phone and couldn't find anyone to help us to get into the apartment... finally to passing people manage to help us to get in but took two hours to get in the phone number we were given wasn't recognized and the other couple always tried and got same response....when we got in got to bed and was wakened with a loud bang about 6 am found out something had blown and we had no electricity... Called the owner and he said he was busy and would try to get out to have a look at what happened....We had to stay out the apartment all day spent a lot of money having coffee food etc..Headed back about 5.30 and was greeted by tools and a boiler sitting outside the front door...Owner was working on it but had to call for some one to help it was about 9 30 that night when we got electric back on... Everything was ok in the flat but the pool was a joke...no sunbeds allowed no music no loud talking everything was so clinical... wasn't a good experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone if they want a holiday that you want to enjoy and have a nice time the complex was deserted and looks more like a prison complex than a holiday place... Its not that we are party animals as we are 2 ladies of 69 and 70ish... So know chance of younger people having a good time in my view...

Liked: This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner at home. It was fully equipped with useful appliances like a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven, which made our stay even more comfortable. The interior was thoughtfully furnished, and the beds, bedding, and pillows were all very cozy. We especially loved the fantastic view and the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for families looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. As a bonus, there was also a shared pool available, which was a lovely extra touch for us! Definitely on our list to return to this apartment.
We love El Medano and the general area and the Apt was very nice and centrally located
Disliked: We had to stay in aHotel on night one because of a breakdown in communication due to a flight delay and no response from the host to rearrange. Unfortunate incident which was a problem but didnt ruin our stay.
