Disappointment
Disliked: We did not get the room we booked. Instead we ended up in a small room downstairs, right at the entrance with shared bathroom, window to the corridor and another luxors leading to shared kitchen. The room was noisy and without a possibility to reduce light comming from the kitchen. Manager apologized for the enconvenience and gave us back 20 EUR, but it was not sufficient reimbursement for such a difference in comfort. Unfortunately we filed an official complaint to booking.com. The management of the hostel had 2 days to inform us about unavailable room, but they did not.
Doesnt really feel like a hostel, not a good choice for female solo travellers
Disliked: I wouldnt recommend this for female solo travellers I booked mixed room, but it was very different from previous mixxed rooms i have been in The room was on the second floor of the house, felt pretty isolated from the common areas, which felt more like “volunteers only” then a common areas in other hostels Room was very small, with two men sleeping there, beds were opposite each other but really close to each other When i asked the volunteers about the option of a private room they didnt seem to care or even try to help, so i took a taci to a different hostel

Liked: The staff and organization was great. Super friendly and chill environment.
Liked: Everything you would expect from a hostel, staff kept the property nice and clean, cold safe drinking water was also available for free..an added bonus in a hot climate.
