  good accommodation and customer care

  Liked: We had a very pleasant stay overall. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is great, with all essential services nearby and the beach just a short walk away. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

  Great accommodation, great location

  Liked: Comfortable apartment in strategic location. There's a hypermarket just in front of the gate, all services are in the nearby, and in few minutes it's possible to reach 3 different beaches. Also the bus station is very near (30 meters). The accommodation is complete of everything, located at the 1st floor with elevator and it's also present a work space with a very good internet connection. The host was proactive all the time. Thank you very much Giovanni, see you next time in Tenerife.

  Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect. I tried to think about anything that could need an improvement, but i didn't find it:-)))

  Nice and complete accommodation

  Liked: Good apartment for short and long stay because it's complete of everything: electrical appliances, kitchen tools, spacious rooms, balcony with washing machine. We were in the town for work, so we were very happy to find an accommodation in which we could easily cook and have good rest. Supermarket in front of the building. Main square at 4 minutes far by walk. High quality bars for breakfast very near of the apartment (Motu Nui, Lille). Air conditioning in rooms and living room.

  Disliked: Nothing! perfect stay.

  Very nice apartment without architectural barriers:-)))

  Liked: As I was travelling with my mother and she uses a wheelchair, we appreciated very much the accessibility of the accommodation and of the building. Apart of this, we found a very clean apartment and complete of everything that we needed (kitchen tools, sets of towels, electrodomestics... nothing was missing).

  Disliked: The main room is oriented to a bit noisy street, but when the double windows are closed it is silent enough. Probably if a guest is very sensible to noises, it's not the best option, anyway in general it's more than acceptable.

  perfect accommodation in perfect location

  Liked: Spacious and clean apartment, optimal location. the hipermarket Hiperdino is exactly in front. All the services in the nearby. Located at the first floor with elevator. Giovanni the manager of the property was very kind and always available, he also gave us a lot of useful suggestions about car rental, excursions and restaurants.

  Superb accommodation

  Liked: Thank you Giovanni for the wonderful accommodation you provided us! The apartment met all our needs (spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, everything spotlessly clean). It's also close to all the amenities in El Médano. We plan to return to Tenerife next winter and will definitely consider staying in this apartment again.

  Disliked: It'a pity that it doesn't have a private parking, anyway it's not big deal to find a free parking in the street, in the nearby. apart of this, the accommodation is perfect. see you next time Giovanni!
