Needs Serious Maintenance
Liked: The location is excellent, with beautiful views of the sea and El Teide from the balcony. We especially appreciated the elevator, as we were traveling with a baby and a stroller. Parking on the street was easy and convenient.
Disliked: The apartment is poorly maintained and everything is falling apart. All the doors creak loudly and some are hard to open and close. The kitchen is inadequately equipped and the coffee machine didn’t work. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy. The balcony door locks are completely rusted and cannot be secured. I can go on. If you expect a normal standard, I would not recommend this apartment.
Relaxing stay with some small disturbances
Liked: Great place to stay with a beautiful view and a big terrace. It is close to our favorite beach La Tejita and other beaches in El Medano. Apartment was cozy, clean and it had all that we need for our stay. Bigger dormitory is next to the terrace so it always has a pleasant breeze. Well equipped kitchen, only thing we missed were some pots and pans to do a bit of cooking.
Disliked: You can hear the noise from planes passing above, especially during the day. At night they fly only sometimes, so it was alright. Be prepared that the smaller dorm is oriented to the backyard and you can hear people going around. Also it is necessary to have blinds mostly shut to have privacy there.

Liked: Clean, nice apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable mattresses on the beds. Incredible view: one side of the ocean on the other side of the mountain. The terrace is huge. Friendly landlord Marco.Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. Not far away there are supermarkets and shops where you can buy everything you need. Overall very satisfied with the apartment, as well as the rest, climate and infrastructure of the island. Would love to come back again ☺️
