Exceptional
Liked: Pool thats near and the garage space. Closed gate community.
Disliked: I have to say we had a bad experience here. Because of the refrigerator situation that broke after a week. And we were left with none for the remaining of our vacation. Had to throw food and medicine away etc. And response with owners was a bit slow. So we couldn't have food stored or cold drinks. Had to buy ice everyday and went shopping for every meal separately daily Wifi is really bad upstairs The remote for the main gate didnt work. Chairs uncomfortable, main bed uncomfortable. Would not come back here and this was our third trip to Tenerife

Liked: Price was good A good sized property in a great location. Communication with owner was good.
Disliked: The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, I had to clean the whole house on arrival. The furniture is old & needs replacing. I think if the above was done the owner could attract higher rental rates, possibly double.

Liked: Townhouse la Tejita is the most best place I ever been becouse of location. It's quiet far away from big places like la americas so not many people.
Disliked: Apartament is great becouse of enough big rooms, large garage so you can lock your car. Nice big swiming pool just 2 steps outside the house and 5min walk from the beach. I will visit that place again.
