Fabulous
Paradise by the river
Liked: Fantastic location, nice amenities- pool, park, river, parking. Nice restaurant, good value, delightful room, comfortable bed
Liked: Nos alojamos en este hotel solo tres días y, el primer día, me dejé la cartera en la zona de la piscina. Me di cuenta bastante tarde por la noche y pensé que no habría ningún problema, porque hay cámaras por todas partes y seguramente podrían comprobar qué había pasado. Al día siguiente, el encargado me enseñó algunas cámaras, pero no me enseñó todas y, en concreto, no me mostró la cámara de la zona de la piscina. Además, en las grabaciones que me enseñaron se veía todo bastante mal. Lo que más me decepcionó fue la actitud del encargado, que en ningún momento mostró verdadero interés por ayudarme. El último día ni siquiera quiso enseñarme más grabaciones. No quiero acusar a nadie porque no sé exactamente qué pasó, pero sinceramente me queda la sensación de que el encargado estaba protegiendo a alguien y por eso no quiso colaborar de verdad para aclarar lo ocurrido. Al final tuve que poner una denuncia en la policía y mi cartera nunca apareció. En general, el hotel está bien, pero el trato recibido y la falta de colaboración en una situación así me parecen totalmente inaceptables. Me ha decepcionado muchísimo y, por eso, mi experiencia ha sido muy mala.
Relaxing riverside stay
Liked: Great breakfast featuring local products, including delicious meats, fresh bread, yoghurt, coffee, and fruit. Although the room was slightly outdated, it was comfortable, with a good bed, a lovely river view, and excellent water pressure in the shower. A particularly convenient place to stay if you’re travelling by car and planning to hike around Espot. The tables by the river were a wonderful addition - a lovely place to sit, relax, and enjoy the mountain views and surrounding natural beauty. And swimming pool was a nice addition after a long hot summer kinking day.
Disliked: The room was quite dark, but this wasn’t a major issue as we spent most of the day out exploring.
A private place in the mountains
Liked: This property is an excellent location for visiting the national parks. Our host was kind enough to help us make plans. Our accommodation is brand new and overlooked the river. The breakfast was wonderful. They make their own yogurt and it could be the best yogurt I have ever had. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was reasonably priced and delicious. Many of the menu items are representative of local cuisine so it was delightful to try something new and delicious. The pool is beautiful. It is very well maintained and not over treated. The lounge deck is spacious and leads down to the river and outdoor restroom and changing area. Everyone was wonderful and thoughtful of our requests.

Family run gem of a hotel
Liked: Friendly staff. The location was perfect. Rooms spotless and well equiped. Food in the resturant was excellent local dishes and very resonable. Would certainly be number one on my list of hotels in the area.
