  Liked: The clean rooms, the friendly staff, closeness to shopping and seafront bus stop just around the corner.

  Location good, pools freezing, food medium and small options, staff awesome

  Liked: Location is little out of the city center. That’s bonus because of crowded central streets. Clean and friendly property staff. Well equipped. Close 3 min walk to shopping mall. Easy find car parking free.

  Disliked: Pool inside and outside was freezing. We went once. Gym was for additional price. Jacuzzi was for additional price and not available for kids. Breakfast was same all mornings - mostly frozen food and English breakfast- eggs, beans, sausage lot of bread. Small option. Dinner was better and changed every evening. Sweets was industrial. Nothing was made on place.

  Liked: The room was clean and spacious and had most things needed for an apartment. The pool is amazing and one can swim decent laps for exercise when it is open. Breakfast was tasty on days that I bought it. Quite handy to have a shopping centre next door.

  Disliked: Despite these criticisms I enjoyed my stay: -15 minute walk to the beach which is ok on a quiet day but not if you have a busy schedule planned for the day and just want to go for a quick dip because the pool is not open. Pool opening hours: I like to have a morning swim but was restricted to going to the beach in the dark since the pool hours are so short and open late at 11:00. I think the pool could be open for quiet swimmers (not kids) earlier. No instruction about how the air-conditioning works. The cleaners left the windows and balcony door open and I had no clue that I had to close them for the air-conditioning to come on. I was afraid to close the window when I went to sleep because I thought it would get too stuffy without the air-conditioning on. In the middle of the night, AI helped me work out that the air-conditioning comes on when the windows are closed, No dishwashing liquid and brush or sponge to wash kitchen equipment was provided. They are not worth buying for a one week stay - I could only rinse dishes in hot water. The difference between a room with breakfast included was 21€ a day compared to a room without breakfast, but to buy breakfast at the hotel was only 13€. I'm glad I didn't buy breakfast included and I think it should be included without extra charge. Lots of extra costs: to use the safety box in the room, use the indoor pool and spa, breakfast...
