Exceptional
Everything was simply excellent from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful

Liked: High quality hotel in a great location, just off the seafront. Beside the port, with lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Comfortable room that was exactly as depicted on booking.com. Spotlessly clean and rooms serviced to a high standard each day. All required facilities ie comfortable bed, fridge, safe, coffee machine with pods replenished daily, spacious bathroom, good shower and great hairdryer. Wall mounted shower gel / shampoo was of good quality.
Disliked: Nothing. The bar was quiet at night but there are plenty of bars in the vicinity
Liked: Breakfast is fantastic. You can have a glass of sparkling wine before you dig in on the cold and warm breakfast with many options. Perfect location close to the beach and a convenient store. Fantastic view from the balcony. We had a room on the twelfth floor
Disliked: We tried dinner once but it was very poor with few options. I would not recommend the restaurant in the hotel when there are many nice restaurants to choose from nearby. Try The seaview buffet or the planksteak. Both down the harbour.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Liked the broad variety of food and the healthy food section. Liked the space between tables and the way the sunlight came into the room.
Disliked: Some of the chairs were uncomfortable. Café con leche wasn’t great. V
