  Fabulous stay, clean, well located and fabulous serviced apartment

  Liked: Well located, clean and lovely staff

  Disliked: The number of lifts required to reach upper floor rooms if you were mobility restricted. (We were in room 840 and didn’t mind the stairs but plenty of our neighbours requested to move to a lower floor because of the steps)

  Liked: Good cleaning service. The pool facilities were very nice and cleaned every day. Comfortable place, fairly clean, good location.

  Disliked: Aircon made a loud sound every hour or so. Sometimes woke us up. I told reception, and they said they'd fix it, but it hadn't been fixed. This also happened to my parents, who were staying in the room next door. We also had a blocked drain in the shower that flooded the bathroom a bit, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. I asked reception to fix it. They did come and fix it, but then the smell was still there, and the blockage came back.

  Great

  Liked: The location is great, the buffet dinner is great value for money and for the kids this is a dream location.

  Disliked: The complex needs maintenance. The plastic grass at the pool and balconies is unhygienic and smells bad. There are cockroaches and other bugs in the apartment. I feel like with some minor upgrades this complex could go from a 6 to an 8.
