  Lovely hotel, great value for money

  Liked: The hotel and grounds are lovely. The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The pools are great, a good size and very clean. The bonus was that there were always plenty of sunbeds.

  Disliked: When we go away we dont like to use our card so always take cash with us. Unfortunately the bar doesnt accept cash so for the entire stay we couldnt go to the bar for drinks or snacks. This really needs to be changed. The second is the location. Its literally in the middle of nowhere so we spent quite a bit on taxis to get to places. There is a free shuttle bus which we used a couple of times which was good.

  Very good value accommodation in Maspalomas

  Liked: I loved the location. Very close to bus stops that could take you pretty much anywhere on the island. A taxi to/from the lighthouse was c.€5. The apartment was a good size for 3, and adult a teenager and a child. The reception staff were very nice. Laundry service across the road in sandy golf if you need to wash a few bits and pieces which I always do travelling with 2 kids. Detergent etc included and I think was €7, pay by card. Dryers available too for a few euro. Liked the fact beach towels were included and changed throughout our stay; it meant we didn't have to pack any.

  Disliked: The patio area is nice, but a bit smaller than other places we have stayed. The WiFi isn't great when upstairs in the accommodation fine downstairs ans throughoutthe complex. The TVs aren't smart TVs, so no netflix etc in the evening if you are in the habit of watching a show before bedtime.

  We had a lovely time as a family with a toddler. Perfect to relax and recharge

  Liked: The resort is very clean, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I loved all the greenery and the plants in bloom. The room was lovely and spacious too. It was quiet and peaceful so we could really relax.

  Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like. My only suggestion would be a small indoor playroom for children to enjoy on rainy days.
