  Amazing hotel staff friendly would recommend

  Liked: Good location great choice for breakfast. All areas were spotlessly clean.

  Disliked: The choice of food options some nights at the dinner buffet could have been better. Some of the food was cold.

  Good stay

  Liked: Rooms and surrounding we’re very lovely, Location, staff in restaurant where great

  Disliked: Reception staff had several wrong bills - not same staff but same chaos (we even had to find an old receipt form the evening before to verify we already paid for airport transfers upon departure very early in the morning with packed suitcases at 5:30am), it took them forever to pay for simple bookings like tennis court (no tennis balls available and ketchers in very poor conditions) - the service does not live up to 5 stars. Also double bookings where some had booked via app and some via reception - same timings….

  Wonderful and relaxing

  Liked: Loved the quiet pool area, and the fact there were so many sun beds. Rooms were lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: In room water wasn’t replenished, nor were the water glasses. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the marina and beach, so it can feel long if you’re doing it more than once a day.

  Really nice hotel, good value for money just minor improvements to be made

  Liked: The rooms were spacious, lots of activities to do at the hotel and the location was good

  Disliked: The shower was not clean so we couldn’t use it, we had to stand in the bath. The apple AirPlay on the TV didn’t work, reception told us it only works for photos but why would we want to watch photos. The air-conditioning in the rooms didn’t go low enough the lowest degrees it went to was 20 Celsius.
