  Liked: Only nice location

  Disliked: We booked a room with air conditioning, but when we arrived, the room was uncomfortably hot. We complained to the reception staff, who were somewhat rude and told us that the air conditioning was not operating because it was winter. After raising the issue with Booking.com, we were offered another room. Although the second room was larger, it was dark and had an unpleasant, musty smell. The bedding and linen also had a mouldy smell, which made us uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was very disappointing. The room conditions, unpleasant smells, and poor response from the reception staff made this a negative experience. We would not recommend this accommodation.

  Liked: The rooms are simple and clean. The air conditioner is powerful so you can adjust the temperature to your liking.

  Disliked: No windows in the room we were staying in so no natural sunlight. But that just depends on the room you are given.
