  Great stay!

Liked: So clean and had everything we needed, fab location. Excellent service.

Disliked: The pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable which was where we slept and our kids slept on the beds (that were comfortable). But it’s to be expected and we knew that was where we’d be sleeping when we booked.

Fantastic location, great staff but no clean room

Liked: Location was perfect, walkable to all the sights and around the bar and restaurant nightlife. Lovely view of the cathedral and comfortable beds. Friendly staff are easy to contact if you run into problems.

Disliked: When we arrived our room had not been cleaned, however the hotel staff were easy to contact and they rectified this problem straight away and put us in a different apartment. The new apartment had a couple of issues with a dodgy door and lack of large towels (we got these on day 2). There was also a weird smell in the foyer of sewage.

Great location, lots of concerns regarding cleanliness of bedsheets and pillows

Liked: The location is amazing, right beside the cathedral with an amazing view. Close to everything.

Disliked: The bedsheets, pillows and blankets were all dirty. There were stains on the bedsheets and one of the pillows we slept on smelt like it had been urinated on and not cleaned.
