Fabulous
Great value and location near everything you want to see, but can suffer from traffic noise
Liked: Good central location right by the Alcazar and very close to Cathedral, Gonzales Byass Bodega and the old centre of Jerez. Large rooms with high ceilings. Basic kitchen and OK bathroom. Provides a useful contact APP and suggested itineraries, but needs some attention to detail and not blindly use AI.
Disliked: Traffic noise can be bad, flat needs new better double glazed windows as right by the main tourist coach drop-off point and you hear other traffic all night as right on one the busiest roads into the old centre. We did manage to sleep once grew accustomed to the noise. Needs attention to detail - Cleaning needs improvement - especially corners - see photo. - Entry instructions could be clearer - as 2 keypads at door (instructions work for intercom and not keypad). - WiFi password and ID incorrect, but password does work if use a similarly-named ID that your tech identifies
Great apartment, but noisy
Liked: Very spacious apartment in a beautiful building. The apartment has a large living area, large bathroom and large bedroom. Well equipped (we appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher). Excellent location right next to the historic centre.
Disliked: Being on the ground floor and next to the road, the apartment was very noisy at night. The lighting in the living area is a bit unsubtle - we would suggest a couple of lamps We were worried about always needing our phone to open the front door. There were no wine glasses.
I was unable to get into the property. No body answered the phone and I had to book somewhere else. Would not recommend

Disliked: A bit of a surprise that we had to make an extra deposit of €90 BEFORE arrival, this on top of the total price that was already payed. This deposit will be refunded after your departure. But if you read carefully all the details during the reservation, it is mentioned somewhere... Advise: Booking.com should highlight this point for their customers.
Liked: Easy check in and check out, very good location, very close to the city center, parking space nearby (paid). The host was very responsive and helpful, very easy to connect and contact. Quiet area, all can be reached by foot.
Disliked: Some parts of the flat are a bit outdated / outworn.
