I had a really great stay here and I highly recommend it
Liked: I was on a 3 day track event at Jerez, this apartment is ideally located for that. I decided to stay here rather than a hotel so I could self cater. Apartment is in a residential block, it is very modern and very well equipped (even has a dishwasher!). It seems to have been only very recently decorated and fitted out. Easy to find and park outside, although I was given a fob to let me park in the allotted underground space. There are shops and restaurants nearby as well. I met the owner (Isabel), who was very responsive to my messages and provided very clear instructions. She was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No complaints really. It rained while I was there but that's not the fault of the property!

Liked: The apartment is comfortable and clean! The provided parking space is very convenient! The biggest plus of this accommodation is Isabel! Very kind and helpful with check-in! She recommended us and reserved us a table for a Flamenco show! We had a great time and enjoyed the flamenco! Many thanks Isabelle!
