Fabulous
Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay. Great communication from owners
Liked: The location was great for us, it was very easy to find places to eat out and easy to make our own meals in the apartment when we wanted. It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go but once in the apartment it was nice and quiet. The apartment complex was very secure and everything felt safe there.
Disliked: We were slightly unclear of how to get in when we got there but the instructions were sent in great detail and everything worked as it should and we accessed it no problem. The electronic lock on the door took us a few goes to get in but once we learnt how to do it we had no trouble next time.

Liked: The host haven’t been able to give us access to the apartments we where 15 people and after discussing 1 hour didn’t refund the costs of the flat and of the required extra deposit

Disliked: Check in procedure was a nightmare, the number of doors to negotiate and the apartment door lock did not work so we couldn’t get in Support staff are based in Barcelona and not helpful to enable us to get into the apartment, had to ring 6 times, each time a different unhelpful person The directions to the apartment are not simple, took hours to find the carpark. We were told we could get into the garage first before entering the property but this is not possible, you need keys to the garage which are in the apartment. There is no where to park the car near the apartment until you get the garage keys The double bed bedroom was small with a lack of storage space. The bathroom too had no shelves for personal items The twin bed room is huge in comparison to the lounge, dining area, kitchen. The apartment space badly designed There are doors behind pictures which lead through to an adjoining apartment. There was a lot of noise coming through from this adjoining apartment Parking was fine once the garage was found however, our allocated space was always occupied by another apartments car It is not good value for money, very expensive in comparison to other apartments we have stayed in at Jerez

Liked: this place has a good location, just a few minutes walk to Plaza Arenal, shops and restaurants. It’s clean and it feels very safe. The host is very attentive and communication (through messages) is very good.

📌- Trash: Please do not leave trash in the apartment when you leave. 🙏- Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty kitchenware in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition you found it.
