  Fabulous apartment, hosts and city

  Liked: Great location in old town. Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a fabulous 7 night stay. Hosts were exceptional with communication and provided very helpful information on the area, advice on best restaurants and even arranged our taxi to the airport.

  amazing location, spacious and perfect for couples

  Liked: The location was amazing, central to everything but did not feel enclosed or overlooked. The local architecture of Jerez is stunning and the vibe can feel very much more local just streets away. We walked from the train station to the apartment with our cases in 20 minutes, it is so accessible. We did the Tio Pepe tour and would recommend as it gives you a good insight, and was a 10 minute walk from this place. The apartment was so well appointed, we had the lower apartment with a shaded sun terrace, BBQ and hot tub. The photos don't show the sense of space and how well equipped it was, we were genuinely stunned. The owner was very helpful after an accident I had and was very good at communicating, thank you for your help.

  Disliked: We struggled with the key code entry but that was our fault!! There is a big step to get from the outside courtyard back in, which is where I slipped, so be careful there. There is nothing to not like about this apartment, as a couple we thought it was an amazing stay x

  Wonderful hosts and home in a beautiful city

  Liked: Most importantly, I loved the communication with our hosts. They provided accurate information about the home, parking, dining, sights worth exploring- the best I’ve ever encountered. The home was in a wonderful area, close to everything Jerez has to offer. The bed was comfy, and the shower was huge, perfect for my very tall husband. We didn’t cook there- too many great restaurants nearby- but the kitchen seemed to have all you’d need. We would gladly return to beautiful Jerez and definitely to this home.

Good to know

Please note that, due to local regulations, the property might request all guest over 16 years old to provide ID number and personal details in advance.

- Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in El Patio apartment (apartment with private patio).

- Only children supervised by an adult are accepted in La Terraza apartment (apartment with private terrace).

We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (which are very spacious and designed for two people), the hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is common in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter tank heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees. If you require more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central, continuous hot water system, as is typical of hotel establishments.

The property will charge as an extra fee for bail 180€ for reservations in the 24 hours prior the check-in.

Please note the establishment reserves the right to require a security deposit of €200 from guests with a record of misconduct.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
