Disliked: A lack of shelving in the bathroom. The shutters attached to the patio door should be attached independently they sort of get a bit tangled.

Liked: The location, next to the Cathedral and a short walk from Plaza Arenal with restaurants and shopping, is excellent. We loved the roof top bar and pool and the ambience of the Hotel is super throughout. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, well-appointed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little uninspiring - there was no buffet option (space is rather limited inside) and although the service was excellent we felt the menu missed the opportunity to make the meal special.
