He claimed that the croissant would melt in the oven; This is a baseless assertion, as heating it for even five seconds would cause absolutely no harm to the oven. The owner is a racist and is completely unwelcoming towards guests. I strongly advise everyone against staying at this hotel, which is owned by a racist.

  Disliked: To Carlo Souza. Managing Director. The hotel are Old date. Noise wild, drunken customers at all times ( I know this can’t be controlled or educated). Lack of maintenance, the hotel should be closed and replaced with an Integral refurbishment.

  Liked: Room was clean, beautiful garden, pets allowed

  Disliked: Neither the door to the room, nor the door to the bathroom and neither the one to the shower closed properly or at all. The door to the bathroom and crystal clear glass and couldn't be closed at all, no privacy. Parking for an extra fee for 250MXN per night. Overall we paid 1500 Pesos for the basic room per night. Really bad maintenance at all, especially for that high price. No recommendation at all!
