  Grim. Do not book

  Disliked: Avoid this property - we didn't stay a single night, and neither should you. We booked specifically for the pool - in the height of August, with Jerez's heat, it was the main reason for our choice. The pool was absolutely filthy: dirty, with visible grime, and in a state that made it completely unusable. Nowhere near something you'd want to dip a toe in, let alone spend the day relaxing in. On top of that, the double bed was tiny and uncomfortable, totally inadequate for actually sleeping. Between the pool and the bed, staying simply wasn't an option, so we left and did not spend a single night at the property. We contacted the hosts to explain the situation and request a refund for the nights we couldn't use, giving them the chance to put things right before leaving this review. Their response was to refuse any refund whatsoever, with no willingness to take responsibility for the state of the property. I would not recommend this property at all. If the pool is the reason you're considering booking, as it was for us, go elsewhere.

  Disliked: The place looked decent in photos but the reality was disappointing from the start. There was a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the stay that made it hard to feel at home. The courtyard pool, one of the main selling points, was visibly dirty and unusable. The electrical system is clearly underpowered - drying your hair trips the circuit, and the coffee machine simply wouldn’t turn on. Basic morning routines became a small ordeal. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of communication. I sent messages both on WhatsApp and through Booking.com and never received a single response. When you’re staying somewhere and have questions or issues, being ignored is unacceptable. There are better options in Jerez - I’d recommend looking elsewhere before booking here.

  I would not stay here if it was the last place open in Jerez

  Liked: The location is ok

  Disliked: The place is humid, there is no ventilation. The door opens easily and it’s difficult to feel safe.

  Great location. Modern and clean

  Liked: Apt 3 was excellent. With air conditioning and enough space to live

  Disliked: Initially we were given apartment 1. This was dark with no air conditioning and a musty smell throughout. Thankfully we were moved to apartment 3.

  Liked: A decent apartment with everything needed for a short stay. It is a studio apartment without a separate bedroom. In city centre.

  Liked: great location, modern and clean facility. cheap price

  Disliked: it was advertised as having a swimming pool, which was a misrepresentation. The pool is about 10’x5’ and no adult could swim in it. Also, the kitchen sink faucet was broken, and the bathroom sink stand was loose from the wall.
