Liked: The location is good, near a car park and central.
Disliked: The data was leaked to a scammer after booking, who sent scam WhatsApp message. I messaged the property to double check it’s not from them but after several attempts, never received an answer. On the day of checkin, the code provided to enter the building was incorrect. We got in by asking a resident for the correct code. The kitchen is very basic, the sofa arm was broken and my mum fell to the floor by sitting on the sofa. Not recommended.
Liked: The apartment was clean and looked exactly as it was advertised in the pictures. I liked the bed, it was very comfortable, the ac was working well and the location itself was great, next to a bus stop and several cafés. Overall great experience.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The lack of management resolution to an already existing problem, which is a major issue. The bathroom isn’t divided between the ex and the shower, and the whole floor got clogged and flooded within less than a minute after trying to shower and flooded the living room as well, so we had to shut the shower off and couldn’t even shower after a full day of traveling on hot weather. We tried contacting the property, through WhatsApp, through booking and booking customer service and we haven’t gotten a reply many hours since. So disappointing and frustrating. The bath mats are full of mold, don’t stay there. We need a refund.
Disliked: Cold water, took a long time for hot water to come on, not the cleanest of rooms raid and mould on a shower mat.
Excellent location for a short stay in Jerez
Liked: The location was brilliant and it was a good size and very easy to access.
Disliked: It wasn’t the cleanest or the best stocked e.g. there were no dishwasher tablets
