Fabulous
Super accommodation, very well located, lovely space and very comfortable
Liked: Great location and lovely flat. Ours was on the top floor, which was quiet, very well distributed and nicely put together with a rustic but modern feel
Disliked: There wasn’t enough soap in the bathrooms and a slight smell of damp
The place is nicely decorated, fresh but overall not a user friendly place..leave 3 laundry pods!
Liked: No breakfast, all digitally managed..poor instructions in Spanish only!!!! Had no personal touch.. promised laundry services were a huge disappointment since we chose the place for a laundry change-over, no tumble dryer as promised and washers broken and full of dirty room laundry black marks on tee shirt the one semi-working machine.
Disliked: The place has a feel of being managed by an third party service..no personal touches..drains smelled until has lots of water run through them..pillows were very uncomfortable decorating pillows not sleeping pillows.. sofa in living-room was full of stains. Worst of all...I paid 2 cleaning charges!! They are double dipping on the cleaning charges, hitting you at both ends!! Would not recommend on principle.
We left after one night
Liked: The location was good and the courtyard was charming. The flat overall was nice looking, except the bathroom which needs updating and is not to the same standard.
Disliked: The air con is supposed to cool the whole flat but it did not work properly in one of the two bedrooms. It was just very weak in that room. This made it unbearable to sleep there and so we had to check out after only one night. Like several other reviews on here, we found cockroaches in the shower. Horrible. Tried with them for a while to at least a partial refund because of having to vacate early but their M.O. seems to be deny everything. To quote their response: “The shower is the same in all apartments and there are no complaints about it. There is no refund." Charming. And clearly not the case from other reviews. After that this went completely silent and have not responded either to me or to booking.com.

Disliked: All instructions in Spanish we were English. Lack of information about how appliances worked.
Comfy and spacious accomodation in the heart of Jerez
Liked: Very spacious and comfy accomodation in the heart of Jerez. Very convenient access to the apartment!
Disliked: Didn’t get a reply for our baby cot question before checking in. Hopefully there was a bed available and the staff kindly set it up for us.
Fraudulent advertising
Liked: Location is very nice.
Disliked: Apartment advertised as having a balcony (therefore not ground floor). Actually we ended up on ground floor, bedrooms and one bathroom directly looking at the street. Cars passing by middle of the night felt like we were on the street. Fraudulent advertising! Owner said the problem is booking.com and pushed away any responsibility. Beware!
