Liked: Staff very helpful when I accidentally left my phone in flat in check out having locked the keys in the flat as requested. one phone call and it was arranged for the cleaner to let me back in to collect my phone.
Good location, shame about neighbours and cleanliness

Disliked: We are being charged €35 for cleaning as standard, but the bathroom had hairs on the toilet, shower and floor. Early morning the apartment above were moving furniture and then started drilling at 8:30am!!!
