Exceptional
A disappointing stay in a dark, cramped apartment with noise & privacy issues
Disliked: Unfortunately, the apartment was disappointing compared with the photos. It felt cramped and dark, with very little lighting in the bedroom and shower area. Being on the ground floor next to the main entrance meant considerable noise from arriving and departing guests, and conversations in the foyer and neighbouring apartments could be heard late at night. The window opposite the bed looked directly into the reception area, leaving us feeling very exposed. The sofa was unusable due to a broken leg, the coffee machine needed descaling and wouldn’t work, and no one came to attend to these issues as advised. Although the pool area looked attractive, the apartment itself did not meet our expectations and we moved to another hotel after just one night.
Desaster
Disliked: We have stayed from the 18th until the 21st of October in the room 4. I have to say that we are sick now, both of us have problems with breathing. Here are our observations: The smell was very bad, especially from the bathroom. We have complained and the "team" tried to get it out of the apartment. Unfortunately it was terrible and not acceptable and they were not able to fix it. There is fungus (or something similar) in the room at the windows. That is probably the main reason for us being sick now The room did not have closets for our cloth - so after 1 day all our cloth had the very bad smell as well Whenever we contacted them through whatsup (that was the only communication channel) it became obvious to us, that we have "talked" to an AI software (chat bot) - that was really bad. All in all it was a very terrible experience not worth the money. After the stay we have tried to give them a direct feedback. No chance to call or to write a mail - only via whats up - and of course no response.

Great little apartment
Liked: Dont be fooled by the exterior this is a beautiful building on the inside. Our apartment was small and quirky but had everything needed. It's very well situated for the train station with loads of excellent resturant close by. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Quite a dark apartment, although there was a bulb out in the kitchen area. The whole apartment is open plan and the bathroom has a glass shower enclosure that doesn't have privacy glass.
No Staff. Faulty Locks. Stranded outside at night
Liked: The door locks do not work and you can get locked outside on the street at night. The staff do not answer the phone and leave you stranded outside. There are no staff on site. I had to bang on the door for 20 minutes at 11:30pm to get someone to let me in. The staff then argued there was nothing wrong after admitting the locks had malfunctioned. Be careful staying at this place.
