Awful hotel, dirty room, used towels, unless lining, rubbish left. No refund issued
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was not cleaned from the previous occupant. Dirty bed, used towels and rubbish left. The hotel refused to find a cleaner or issue us with a refund. Furthermore, after complaining, they changed the code on our door locking us out. They would only issue a new code if we agreed to the condition of the room. I do not recommend this hotel in the slightest.
The online check-in was terrible. It did not work and then there was no telephone number to call, just a what’s app. It

What looks like an affordable option initially turns out to be overpriced for the service provided
Liked: Great location and the self check-in is convenient.
Disliked: If you come with a pet, you have to pay an extra €25 plus a €50 deposit via Bizum. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a hotel that includes pets in the total price, even if it meant paying a bit more. There was a winter blanket on the bed, but no sheet to cover it. The shower gel in the bathroom was almost empty when we arrived. The walls are very thin, and you can hear the neighbours as if they were in the same room. On the positive side, there is a kettle in the lobby with some tea available, but there are no cups provided, not even disposable ones, to make yourself a tea.
Disliked: The room was very cold and humid. Beds and towels were "wet", and the beds had no warm duvet cover. Its december, by the mountains, and 2 degrees outside. Very poor. And there is no reception so we could not ask for any help. We left.
