Fabulous
Decent spot in Puigcerda
Liked: It is elegant with a good location for walking into the centre of the village. Breakfast was excellent once the hot plates had been switched on.
Disliked: The staff were inflexible. Civil Guard declared a do not travel edict in large areas of Catalunya but as it hadn’t been declared near the hotel they refused to countenance movement of the booking by a day. €20 for parking was excessive- free street parking outside.

Liked: Great location in front of the lake and near the city center
Disliked: Prices were not according to accommodations, no way to communicate with reception services, because the room had no phones. Room service was limited, front desk staff were not very helpful.
Nice stay but would have rather stayed in an apartment here. It’s probably one of the nicer places in Puigcerdà
Liked: Beautiful but room had a few things that seemed dated, missing handle from bathroom sliding door. Like that is is by the lake and easy walk to square.
Disliked: You have to pay to use the pool and it’s is underground.
Excellent Tour de France 🇫🇷 spectator stop over
Liked: Scenic location in old town next to the duck 🦆 & swan 🦢 lake. Clean modern rooms, good breakfast and parking garage onsite.
Disliked: Air conditioning trip switch was off, took me a while to discover the fuse box behind the curtain!
