  Just great and feeling like we're treated personally and remembered our names, going back in Februar

  Liked: Great variety suiting all needs, whether vegetarian, vegan or good old meat eater

  Disliked: Only one point. Swimming pool not heated but others used it

  Liked: The cleaners did amazing job. Our beds were changed every day.

  Disliked: Would have been nice to have a bar to socialise with fellow residents.

  Disliked: As many others have pointed out, lack of tea/coffee making facilities (e.g. kettle) in room.

  Excellent location, room was lovely and the views were amazing

  Liked: Location was excellent, rooms were modern, clean, comfortable and cool. The breakfast was good and the pool bar on the roof was also very good for drinks and snacks. The pool area was quiet and chilled. Overall we wished we had stayed there a few days longer.

  Disliked: All good, did not dislike anything.

  Liked: Excellent in every way. Stayed before and will do so again. Compact hotel in wonderful location just opposite the beach. International quality but feels very much true Canary Islands.

  Not a 3 but definitely 4 star hotel

  Liked: The hotel is very modern and located just on the promenade on front of the sea, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms was quiet spacious and exceptionally clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
