  I wish I had more privacy and a window

  Liked: Very close to a nice beach, just a short walk away. The buffet was rich, the food quality was ok. Last evening we ate at the restaurant and quality was much better but clearly more expensive.

  Disliked: Our room did not have a window, so the only way to get air in was by leaving the door open. Unfortunately the room was on a terrace directly communicating with others room, so it did not feel safe to leave the door open, especially at night. Our neighbours were also chain smokers and we could not leave the door open.

  Liked: Staff were friendly and happy. Beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely with different things than your usual hotel food. Location is excellent, 2 min walk to the supermarket and 5 min to the beach and shops/restaurants. Location also great for the rubicon marina.

  Disliked: Only negative was there were no public toilets around the pool but all rooms surrounded the pool area so you were ok if you stayed close to your room.

  Great and peaceful Stay

  Liked: The amenities, activities, facilities, friendly staff, location, and decor were excellent. I loved the delicious buffet and the little gift of marmalade.

  Disliked: The lack of privacy in the bathroom within the bedroom is an issue; while I love open spaces, the bathroom needs to be more private. Sharing it with someone makes the noise and odor uncomfortable. I would recommend separate beds and a separate bathroom to avoid interrupting sleep and causing discomfort.

  The weather was lovely, the swimming pool was divine but unfortunately the staff spoilt it for us

  Liked: The hotel is close to a very nice beach - the adult only swimming pool was very nice!

  Disliked: The staff are awful! Rude and unhelpful! Maybe the staff need to appreciate their tourists a bit more. IF there is a next time we will stay at the Princess Yaiza down the road.

Half Board is a daily Resort Credit of €30 for adults and €10 for children, which can be spent at the various bars and restaurants.

The resort credit is valid only during your stay and must be used before check-out (12:00 PM). Any remaining balance will not be refunded.

When you book 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

If you are traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night, applies. Maximum 1 pet per room with a maximum of 15 kg. It is mandatory to show your pet’s health card upon arrival. Pets are only accepted in specific room categories, not all, check with the hotel. Subject to availability and prior confirmation by the hotel.

Please note that the check-in process consists of a self-service kiosks, nevertheless there is always a member of staff available to assist you.

The ELTENDERETE restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner and it is not necessary to book in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
