  Awful!!!

  Disliked: Our stay at Hyde Park Lane was completely ruined by a persistent cockroach infestation. We had to move apartments once because of the cockroaches, only to find ourselves experiencing the same problem again in the second apartment. We were then left having to ask to move for a third time. I had explained to staff that I have an autoimmune disease that affects my breathing and specifically requested that non-toxic treatment be used. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the cockroaches continued to appear, and we even had to throw away a significant amount of our food. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. When we raised our concerns, the response was, “What do you want me to do?” This was completely unacceptable and showed a shocking lack of care or professionalism towards paying guests. We were also told that a specialist exterminator would be brought in to deal with the infestation, but we were subsequently given reason to believe this had not happened. We felt misled and completely let down by the management. No guest should have to spend their holiday repeatedly moving apartments, worrying about cockroaches, throwing food away and fighting to have a serious hygiene issue taken seriously. Hyde Park Lane needs to take responsibility for this situation. The lack of effective action, poor communication and dismissive attitude from management have left us extremely disappointed. We came away feeling stressed, frustrated and certainly not relaxed.

  Liked: Staff very nice, pool and food

  Disliked: WiFi very bad. Keeps going off. TV channel's in English very little. No apps for Netflix. Spilled water on floor tiles I wiped it with white kitchen paper it was filthy brown,same in bathroom after shower wiped floor with white towels they where filthy brown. Never experience this before. Cleaner's only use spray on floor with mop gives a nice smell that's all not clean. Would not go back.

  Liked: Perfect sized apartment with everything you would need - clean and comfortable too. Hotel has everything you’d need too - great size pool, entertainment, pool bar (reasonably priced too) and a supermarkets attached for the extra bits
