Prison cell with wardens for staff!

Liked: The roof terrace, location and cleanliness

Disliked: My single room had a window facing brick wall so I basically had no window, no daylight, no view. My room felt like a prison cell. I only saw a member of staff once and she was cold and completely ignorant to me. She didn’t even look at me never mind speak to me. She made me feel very uncomfortable whilst I was preparing food in the communal kitchen area. Maybe the double rooms are better but the single room I was in was awful. I asked to be swapped to a room with a window but was told I’d have to pay a lot more to do so. I would rather stay at home than stay in that room again.

Liked: Good room stayed as a solo traveller it had a smart TV. No complaints, it's a nice hostel in a good location. My room was located on the third floor where there are a few flights of stairs to reach which is fine for me. There's a kitchen and a rooftop terrace on the fourth floor. I enjoyed my stay.

  I would go back again

Liked: I had a single room. The communication with the staff was good. It's clean, about 20 minutes walk from the centre. For instance the bus station. They have WiFi and I didn't have any problems with it.

Disliked: A television and a small fridge would make it ideal.
